Long gold-black metal drill bit made of high-speed steel M2 HSS, coated with TiN (titanium nitride). Drill compliant with DIN 340. Cylindrical shank.

The drill is intended for making through and blind holes. It has two central cutting edges ground at 135° and flutes that effectively evacuate chips up the hole.

Drill coated with a TiN layer is intended especially for machining difficult-to-cut materials. The use of the TiN coating results in an increase in drill hardness, allows accelerating the cutting process and enables achieving better quality of machined parts. The titanium nitride layer, by reducing friction forces, reduces cutting edge wear and thus extends the drill's service life.

The drill is packed in a blister with a hole for hanging on a peg.
