Terms of service

1. General
1.1 These Terms apply to all purchases made from ostuklikk.ee (“Store”).
1.2 Seller: Moeklikk OÜ (registry code 12661758), email info@ostuklikk.ee, phone +372 58398911, address Malda, Väike-Arukase, Malda, Pärnumaa, EE-88314, Estonia.
1.3 The Store sells both to:
(a) Consumers (B2C) – private individuals acting outside their trade/business; and
(b) Business customers (B2B/Wholesale) – acting for business purposes.

2. Prices and payment
2.1 Prices are shown in EUR. VAT is included where applicable. (If VAT is not applicable, the Store will indicate this on the invoice.)
2.2 Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.
2.3 Payment methods are provided at checkout.

3. Order and contract
3.1 The sales contract is concluded when you place an order and the Store confirms the order by email, or when the Store accepts payment (depending on the checkout flow).

4. Products, warehouses, and availability
4.1 Products may be shipped either from:
- Estonia warehouse (“Estonia warehouse”), or
- EU warehouse (“EU warehouse”).
4.2 If an order contains items from different warehouses, the order may be delivered in multiple parcels.

5. Delivery
5.1 Estimated delivery times are displayed on product pages and/or at checkout.
5.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics circumstances. The Store will inform you if a significant delay becomes known.

6. Consumer right of withdrawal (B2C)
6.1 Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies (see Returns Policy).

7. Made-to-order / personalised goods
7.1 For goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (“custom-made”), the right of withdrawal does not apply. Such products are clearly marked on the product page.

8. Defective goods and claims
8.1 If the goods are defective or not as described, please contact info@ostuklikk.ee with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible.
8.2 The Store will propose a solution (replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund) as applicable.

9. B2B / Wholesale terms
9.1 Business customers may be subject to different pricing, minimum order quantities, and/or payment terms (as shown in the Store or agreed in writing).
9.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, B2B orders are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable, except where goods are defective or not as agreed.
9.3 Business customers should inspect goods promptly upon receipt and notify the Store without undue delay in case of issues.

10. Disputes
10.1 Complaints should be submitted to info@ostuklikk.ee first.
10.2 If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (TTJA) for out-of-court resolution.

11. Governing law
11.1 These Terms are governed by Estonian law.
