Shipping policy

1. Warehouses
We ship products either from:
- Estonia warehouse (“Estonia warehouse”), or
- EU warehouse (“EU warehouse”).

2. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and/or at checkout. Typical examples (adjust to your real times):
- Estonia warehouse: 1–3 business days
- EU warehouse: 7–14 business days

3. Split shipments
If your order contains products from different warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at no additional shipping cost (unless stated at checkout).

4. Shipping cost
Shipping costs (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Delays
Delivery times are estimates. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will inform you by email.
