Refund policy
1. 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer (B2C), you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
2. How to withdraw
To withdraw, send an email to info@ostuklikk.ee with:
- your full name
- order number
- the product(s) you wish to return
- a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract
3. Return deadline
After sending your withdrawal notice, you must return the goods no later than 14 days.
4. Condition of returned goods
You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. If the value of the goods decreases due to use beyond what is necessary to check the nature and functioning of the goods, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
5. Return shipping costs
Unless the goods are defective or we shipped the wrong item, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. Refund timing
We will refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping cost (if paid) no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof that you have sent them back.
7. Exceptions – no right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (“custom-made / made-to-order” items). Such items are clearly marked on the product page.
B2B / WHOLESALE RETURNS
Business customer (B2B/wholesale) returns are only accepted if agreed in writing in advance, except where goods are defective or not as agreed. Please contact info@ostuklikk.ee.
