A reliable tool for painting. The HVLP spray gun with interchangeable nozzles is the perfect solution for professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike. Thanks to the advanced HVLP technology (High Volume Low Pressure), it ensures even surface coverage with minimal paint consumption.

  • Manufacturer: Geko
  • Nozzle Type: HVLP
  • Nozzle Size: 1.3mm / 1.4mm / 1.7mm / 2.0mm – choose the appropriate size based on the type and viscosity of the paint.
  • Paint Container Capacity: 600 ml – an optimal capacity that allows for extended use without frequent refills.
  • Performance: 170-300 l/min – high efficiency for fast and effective painting.
  • Working Pressure: 3-4 bar – ideal for precise paint spraying.
  • Air Inlet: 1/4" – a standard connection compatible with most compressors.

The pressure generated by the compressor pushes the paint through the nozzle, dispersing it as a fine mist, which ensures a perfect finish on any surface.

The gun is equipped with 4 interchangeable nozzles, allowing it to be adapted to different types of paints and working conditions. The set also includes cleaning tools, making maintenance of the device easier.

The gun features 3 adjustments:

  1. Air Adjustment: Allows control of the amount of air supplied to the gun, enabling adjustment of pressure and spray speed.
  2. Paint Adjustment: Enables precise dosing of paint, which is crucial for achieving a perfect finish without streaks or drips.
  3. Spray Pattern Adjustment: Allows changing the width and shape of the paint spray, making it possible to paint both large surfaces and fine details with precision.

When using the gun, maintain a distance of 10 to 15 cm between the nozzle and the surface being painted.

After finishing work, disconnect the gun from the compressed air system and empty the container of any remaining paint or other material. The container should be thoroughly cleaned to remove all residue. It is also important to carefully clean the entire delivery system, as inadequate cleaning may negatively affect the quality of the paint spray.

The air nozzle should be cleaned with a brush soaked in solvent, but the entire gun should never be immersed in solvent. Clogged openings should not be cleaned with hard objects to avoid damage that could affect the spray performance. After cleaning the gun, it is recommended to apply a small amount of lubricant to the moving parts of the seals. The nozzle should be tightened in a way that prevents leaks while still allowing smooth needle movement.
