AUCTION TERMS

 

By registering as a www.ostuklikk.ee user, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of this user agreement (hereinafter the Terms). The terms apply to all persons who have registered as users of the website http://www.ostuklikk.ee (hereinafter the Client) and the Page between the owner (Moeklikk OÜ, registry code 12661758, hereinafter ostuklikk.ee) regarding the legal relationships arising during the auction. In addition to the terms and conditions, the relations between the Customer and Ostuklikk.ee are governed by the legal regulations in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Customers use the auction at their own risk. Ostuklikk.ee is not responsible for the legality, truthfulness and validity of the bids made by the Clients at the auction.

The auction winner is obliged to buy out the auction product within 24 hours after the end of the auction. The claim of auction winners who do not buy out the product on time will be forwarded to IDR INKASSO OÜ.

We reserve the right to cancel the auction if someone buys the product from epo at full price. 

AUCTION WITH EXTENDING END

For each auction, if it is not a fixed price sale, it is indicated how much the end of the auction will be extended - this is called the extension step. If a bid is made in the auction before its end, the auction continues from that moment by one extension step.

For example: The auction should end at 10:00:00 and the increment is set to 5 minutes. Someone bids at 09:59:00 (1 minute before the end of the auction), so the end of the auction is postponed to 10:06:00 (by 5 minutes). If the next bid is made within the next 5 minutes, the auction will be extended by another 5 minutes. That way, after each offer, there is at least a period of time to make a new offer.

The seller determines the extension step when entering the auction.

What is an extended ending good for?
To the seller:
If there are many interested parties before the end of the auction, the auction will not end at the specified time, but , when someone makes an offer that no one wants to offer more than. In this way, the seller gets the best price for his goods.
To the bidder:
In the case of an extended deadline, the best bidder does not have to worry that someone will beat his bid at the last second and get the goods, he will have the opportunity to make a new bid and still get the goods .

Bid step

The bidding step in the auction must be at least 1 euro. It is not possible to make an offer below 1 euro, but a move greater than 1 euro is allowed. 

Limit price

The limit price is the amount below which it is not possible to win the auction. (The offer can also start with a smaller amount)

Delivery

All our products are shipped out of our warehouse after payment for the product. Postage must be paid according to the size and weight of the product based on the Smartpost price list.

Postage is paid either to the machine or to the courier as chosen by the Customer.

It is possible to pick up the products on site, Kadaka tee 46, Tallinn.

Smartpost and card service fees are added to the courier fee.
