Extended black-and-gold metal drill bit made of M2 HSS high-speed steel, coated with TiN (titanium nitride). The drill complies with DIN 340. Cylindrical shank.

The drill is intended for making through and blind holes. It has two central cutting edges ground at 135° and flutes that effectively evacuate chips upward from the hole.

The drill coated with a TiN layer is intended particularly for machining hard-to-cut materials. The application of the TiN coating results in an increase in the hardness of the drill, enables acceleration of the cutting process and allows achieving better quality of the machined parts. The titanium nitride layer, by reducing frictional force, reduces cutting-edge wear, and consequently extends the drill's service life.

The drill is packaged in a blister with a hanging hole.
