Black and gold metal drill bits made of high-speed steel 4341 HSS, coated with TiN (titanium nitride). Drill bits conform to DIN 338. Cylindrical shank.

Drill bits are intended for making through and blind holes. They have two central cutting lips ground at an angle of 135° and flutes that effectively evacuate chips upward from the hole.

Drills coated with a TiN layer are particularly intended for machining hard-to-cut materials. Using the TiN coating results in a increase in drill hardness, allows speeding up the cutting process and enables obtaining a better quality of the machined parts. The titanium nitride layer, by reducing frictional force, decreases cutting-edge wear and thereby extends the drill's life.

Drills are packed in a plastic container with a hole for hanging on a peg.
