Black-and-gold metal drill bits made of high-speed steel 4341 HSS, coated with TiN (titanium nitride). Drill bits comply with the DIN 338 standard. Cylindrical shank.

Drill bits are intended for making both through and blind holes. They have two central cutting edges ground at 135° and flutes that effectively evacuate chips upward out of the hole.

Drill bits coated with a TiN layer are intended particularly for machining hard-to-cut materials. The application of the TiN coating results in a increase in the hardness of the drill, allows accelerating the cutting process and enables achieving better quality of the machined parts. The titanium nitride layer, by reducing friction, decreases tool wear, and consequently extends the drill bit's service life.
