Gold-black metal drill made of high-speed steel 4341 HSS, coated with TiN (titanium nitride). Drills conform to standard DIN 338. Cylindrical shank.

Drills intended for making through and blind holes. They have two central cutting edges ground at 135° and flutes that effectively evacuate chips up out of the hole.

Drills coated with a TiN layer are particularly suitable for machining hard-to-cut materials. The TiN coating increases drill hardness, allows accelerating the cutting process and helps achieve better surface quality of machined parts. The titanium nitride layer reduces friction force, which decreases cutting-edge wear and thus extends the drill’s service life.

Drills are packed in a plastic container with a hole for hanging on a hook.
