The professional butyl cord from the Polish brand Kraft&Dele, model KD10617, is an excellent alternative to vulcanization repairs performed using plugs with patches. Butyl cords are especially useful in conditions that prevent repairs in a professional vulcanization workshop. ADVANTAGES: - Allows repair without removing the tire. - Self-repair - Quick repair To perform the repair, simply clean/ream the damage using an awl (reamer), then use the awl to pull the cord through the repaired hole.
